3pm: BARK-Or-Treat check-in at Flossmoor Station Caboose
4pm: Pet Costume Parade and trick-or-treating in downtown Flossmoor
4:15pm: Pet Costume Compeition at the Caboose with DJ Phil Lee
6pm: Spooky Night at the Caboose
